Mr. Le Marquand Victims or alleged victims re the alleged recipients of letters?

Is there a direct source for the claim the prisoner strongly denies the allegations made? Is the Minister relying on a newspaper article claims?

“So far as having sex or whatever – Curtis says the security in La Moye was much stricter than Belmarsh. He was regarded as extremely high risk.

“To say a non-prison officer could go into a cell and spend the afternoon there without [someone] checking where she was is nonsense.”

I'm not reading any denial in the above quote from the barrister attributed to Curtis Warren of sexual activities.

High risk, perhaps?

Think Bill Clinton ''Did you have sex with that woman?''

Woman is claiming sex the barrister denies an affair.
